1. Q: What raw material can the distillation dispose?
A: Crude oil, black heavy fuel oil, tyre oil, plastic oil, oil sludge, used engine oil
2. Q: What end product can be got after process
A: 80%-85% diesel, 5%kerosene and gasoline, 5%-10% heavy oil
3. Q: What's the daily disposal capacity ?
A: From 5Tons-100Tons accordingly
4. Q: What's the advantage of your machine ?
A: In-direct heating , we use hot-air to heat the main reactor , Thn the life span of the main reactor will be longer
and the processing speed will be increased
and Another heating way is by using Thermal oil furnace, in this way, it will do no pollution to the air
5. Q: Does your machine running Continuously
A: Yes, our machine can be running 24 hours continuously , just 3 month to check and do maintance
6. Q: Does your process need catalyst ?
A: Yes, We will provide the chemical furmula after receiving deposit, and 1 Ton mixed catalyst can dispose 5000Tons waste oil
7. Q: Can we see the running machine ?
A: Yes, we recently installed one 5Tons distillation machine in Thailand, we have video to show you
